James has over twenty five years of experience in leading teams and organizations in delivering large scale CRM solutions in a variety of industries, including telecom, retail, health care and technology. James has in-depth knowledge of Multiple CRM platforms including Amdocs CRM, Oracle/Siebel and Microsoft CRM.
Chuck Knowles serves as Solupros Vice President of Workforce Management Solutions. With over 14 years of experience in enterprise application implementation and delivery, Chuck has successfully delivered enterprise solutions for such companies as ADP, AMC Theaters, Georgia Pacific, Heidelberg USA, Limited Brands, Inc., Michaels Stores, Inc, Northrop Grumman, Philip Morris, and Disney.
Chuck has profound expertise in Workforce Management solutions which has been established through years of working with diverse clients in multiple industries, including retail, manufacturing and customer service. Chuck has extensive experience with the Infor/Workbrain suite of applications, working as a senior project manager, technical lead and developer.
